Terms of service

The agreement

These terms are between your studio and Maevie Hub Design LLC, which operates Maevie Studio. Using the service means you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you give a sign-in to, and for keeping passwords private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.

What is yours

Everything your studio puts in stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it back to you and the people you choose, and for nothing else.

What is ours

The software, its design and its names are ours. A subscription lets you use them; it does not hand them over.

Paying

Starting is free. A paid tool is billed monthly, in advance, from the day you add it. You can take a tool off at any time; it stays on until the end of the month you paid for. A month already paid for is not refunded. Taxes are added where the law requires them. If a price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before it does.

Free trials

A tool can be tried free once, for 14 days. When a trial ends, what you made with it is kept and its limits return.

What we ask of you

Follow the acceptable use rules, and respect the terms of the shops whose pages you clip from.

If something goes wrong

We work to keep the service running and your records safe, and we will tell you about any incident that affects them. The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. Our total liability to your studio is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Maevie Hub Design LLC is registered.

Ending

You can close your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.
