Who we are

Maevie Studio is operated by Maevie Hub Design LLC. This page says what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we keep

• Your account: your name, your email, your studio's name, and a scrambled form of your password that cannot be turned back into it.
• What your studio puts in: products, prices, pictures, boards, and whatever else each tool keeps for you. This is yours.
• Signing in: the time, the address your browser came from and the kind of browser, so a session can be ended and guessing can be slowed.
• What happened on the account: a short record of changes, such as a tool being added.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information or your clients' information.
• We do not use what your studio keeps to train any model.
• We do not place advertising or tracking cookies. The one cookie we set keeps you signed in.
• One studio can never see another studio's records.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare runs the system: the pages, the database and the picture store.
• Cloudflare Workers AI reads a product's words, and sometimes its public photo, when Presto suggests a name or orders photos. A picture you upload yourself is never sent to it.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces, and so sees your browser's address when a page loads.
• Stripe will handle card payments when billing begins. We never see or keep a card number.

How long we keep it

For as long as your studio has an account. When an account is closed, what it kept is deleted within 30 days, and from backups within a further 30 days.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what your studio keeps, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to ryan@maeviehubdesign.com.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will tell every studio before the change takes effect.
